CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION 22nd December 2018:– Today We, the Josephians celebrated Christmas in all its joy and happiness. Christmas brings cheer and love and we celebrated it with the same fervor. “If you abide in me I will abide in you” God helps those who help the poor spreading this message of love and joy among our children we moved forward to celebrate the day. The chief guest Fr. John Snehanad, IMS was welcomed wholehearted by and our honorable principal Sr. Sheela felicitated him by presenting a sapling. Dances, songs and Christmas carols filled the air with festivity. A skit “Bhed Bhav Me Ishwar” touch our hearts. Chief guest in his message congratulated all for the beautiful program. He said that the festival of Christmas brings us the message of love of God for every human being and universe and his love teaches us that the gifts of generosity must be extended beyond our inner circle to those who are less fortunate it is only in sharing our privileges that we became truly rich. This festival breaks up the monotony and scheduled work bringing in the joy of sharing. It removes hatred, violence, jealousy injustice and inequality and promote love compassion justice and peace. Christmas brings joy and it comes through love and service. Prize distribution for the games conducted for the deprived children. Blankets and gifts were distributed to 100 families and lunch was served to them making them feel special and delighted. |
